"canceled without my permission"

i bought my scooter at march 30 2025

thats my first time with this company and never ever use again.

first of all i choose color white or blue but they called me and let me know they have just black and grey and i said thats ok make it black.

in the options i choose battery charger which is 24$ and i send them email for the essential kit and they said 69$ but when i come home i recieve a battery charger from amazon and i checked price its 9$ that makes me upset because i tought it will be a quality charger and i email them to return this charger. if you want to return charger here is the process

they send you a qr code and you need to go to KOHL which is 1 hour away from me and they charge %20 retock fee

than they said this is a business they need to make money and i told them this is not a business its dropship and why didnt put any specification like charger name that way i will know what i pay thats why im upset i wont use this charger on my bike

than customer service calling me and same thing explain me they need to make money this is a business and i dont like it and i already ask them question its a question "if i cancel scooter do i need to pay any restock or other fee??"

guy start yelling me and be upset and he said that im calculating his 10$ and hang up the phone on my face. i dont care how much he makes not my business but its not fair when u buy something from amazon 9$ and sell me 24$ and when i want to return send me 1 hour away and %20 restock fee.

than he said he dont want to make business with me no selling but he will cancel with their terms and conditons that mean they will charge me and i dont accept it.

today i recieve 2 email from them again

"you order will be canceled we can not ship this bike you are causing a lot of problems for us"

"I MAKE NO PROBLEM TO YOU JUST I ASKED TO REFUND FOR THE BATTERY CHARGER WHICH IS 24$ NOT THE MOTORCYLE IF YOU CANCEL YOU CANCEL BY YOUR OPINION AND I DONT ACCEPT TO PAY EXTRA"

so i have all emails and documents with me and he said my scooter ready for shipping and send me the picture and its really ready for ship but now he dont want to ship and i didnt recieve a full refund.

whats the damage

i buy some parts for scooter cost me 70$

i have a stupid charger 24$

still dont know he will ship or not but i already told on email i am not canceling

I have researched the bike that I purchased for 7 years now, and finally decided to buy it. There are numerous other sites who have it for sale, but I liked that TXPS has the shipping built into the price. TXPS also has far more pictures of their bikes from different angles, and a great selection of bikes. I also like that they take the time to be transparent about whether certain bikes are compliant with DOT, FMVSS, and EPA standards, so that you don't buy one and end up not being able to register it. I don't know the next time I will be buying another bike, but I'm sure TXPS will be the first place I check.

Customer service and support is top notch and very professional. They answered all of my questions about the go kart features and helped me with the layaway process.

Well they are just now shipping it out, 2 weeks after purchasing it.

I ordered a vitacci blade fx250, this is not what I received. I received a 2022 Fangpower. A 3 year old UTV, some what the same model but not vitacci and 3 years old, I can't get over it's 3 years old. I researched vitacci and purchased according. I ordered a UTV from a competitor but cancelled the order when I found your blade was a whopping 69 inches, 5 inches taller than your competitor worth the extra $600 to me. unfortunately What I received was actually only 64 tall, big waist of my money. The battery came damaged with battery acid leaking all over the trunk, The windshield also came broken. We are missing the bolts that hold the doors in place and also clamps that hold the roof on. There are large scrapes on the inside and outside of the roof that looks like someone tried to cover up but looks terrible, front bumper is also all scrapped.
