Was really impressed with Sueno, from ordering the samples to receiving our bed. They phone you to let you know your order is confirmed and then again to confirm delivery. Delivery tracking was great and guys delivering were very considerate. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service. I struggled to find the right colour for my headboard and they were really helpful in sending different samples to me. Headboard arrived quickly and looks fabulous.

Appalling company and even worse customer service. l spoke to an arrogant adviser today following my delivery who was rude and unhelpful to say the least. A puppet who read a scripted company policy to me but failed to take on board the error the company made with my bed, due to incompetent staff who took the order. Still waiting for a call back from the manager who is busy, aren't we all! First and last time l will order from Sueno, stay clear other companies offer more value for money products with 100% better customer service.

We bought a King-size Twix Ottoman Bed Base. We decided to go with Sueno based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews online compensating the fact that there is no showroom available. We were a bit worried at first but honestly with what we get so far, we couldn't be happier with Sueno.

1. Very competitive price. We compared the prices from a lot of major bed brands that offer Ottoman bed base and Sueno matches if not beats them all, especially with delivery and assembly service included
2. Wide range of fabric color/ materials. Sueno has way more selection with regards to color / materials of fabric than a lot of the more well-known high-street brands
3. Smooth customer service. They send you fabric sample quickly, keep you updated on your product, and accommodate to your delivery date preference
4. Superb delivery and installation service (which does not cost you extra!). There were 2 very polite and friendly assembly workers who really went the extra miles to carry the bed through our narrow staircase and put it together carefully in our bedroom
