Great service from start to finish. The mattress I ordered was the sultan 3000 pillow top which is top quality material and extremely comfortable and we have had a great nights sleep on it.

Apologies for the very late review….I purchased the Twix king size ottoman bed, complete with a three-panel headboard and firm hybrid mattress, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The craftsmanship is exceptional—every detail speaks of quality and care.

From my very first enquiry, Sueno’s service was impeccable. The friendly receptionist set the tone, and Zed assured me of a delivery within two weeks. I also appreciated the guidance provided by another helpful team member (whose name I forget) when I was exploring mattress options.

The delivery experience was great. The bed arrived on time and was assembled by two very polite gentlemen. The live tracking updates were a particularly useful feature, ensuring I was always in the loop—even if I needed to step out quickly.
