The beds are fabulous, and it was a pleasure to deal with the company. Lyndsey sent me fabric samples, with a few extra based on my choices. Ordering was simple, and Lydsey followed up with me to confirm details and give me a delivery date. The beds arrived on time and were asssembled without fuss, and the packaging taken away. I would definitely recommend Sueno and I'm thrilled with the beds.

From start to finish the process was smooth and seamless. Had a phone call after ordering the 2 divan beds and 1 headboard but after speaking with Lyndsey and she told me they could make the other headboard I wanted 10cm shorter, I then ordered the other headboard. The really nice thing about Sueno beds is that you can order the samples, and I ordered loads to make sure of the colour and texture I wanted but also they sent me some in with what I had chose in similar colours/textures. Even when the delivery was scheduled they phoned also to confirm that the date was ok with me. The delivery drivers were extremely quick and efficient in assembling the beds, they wanted to take of their shoes but I told them not to as I’m getting new carpet so wasn’t worried if anything got damaged. I am extremely happy with the beds and they are well made, can’t find any faults with them.

"Delighted With New Bed"

Sueno impressed from the start. Lyndsey helpfully sent not only the samples I asked for but also several extras. I chose one of those extras for my premium ottoman bed and winged headboard. I was contacted the day after placing the order to check that it was correct (so useful when ordering online). I was told that delivery would be in 4 weeks or so. Only a few days later, I was contacted to tell me that delivery was possible within 2 weeks. The delivery process itself was excellent. The tracking link was extremely accurate. The two delivery men treated my home with respect and put the bed together carefully. They explained how it worked, gave advice on the easiest way to open and shut it, left some spare nuts and bolts in the unlikely event of needing them, cleared all the packaging away, and set off on their longish journey home. The bed (in mink mystic velvet) is stunning and so comfortable. Sueno deserves its excellent reviews. Its customer service is unbelievably good. I am delighted.

"What a beautiful bed"

What a beautiful bed. I’m so pleased, the quality is excellent. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent, they even sent me a few extra samples of fabric. The delivery guys were quick and efficient in putting the bed and headboard together. And the tracking system for the delivery time was great as i could go to work and then be home in time for the afternoon delivery rather than waiting in all day. All in all top notch:)

We are delighted with our new bed - it looks and feels so luxurious. We searched everywhere for the right bed, both chain and independent stores, but none of the companies we visited could give us the bed we actually wanted - there was always something we didn’t like, or would have to had to compromise on. It was purely by chance that we stumbled across the Sueno website - they had such a great selection of beds and headboards, and we were able to choose the material, storage option and colour we wanted. We ordered a Madeira divan base, with 4-drawer Continental storage and the 4-panel upholstered headboard and Royal Mystic Velvet… and it is GORGEOUS!
We were communicated with every step of the way from the point of ordering and we were thrilled at how reasonably priced our ‘bespoke’ bed was. We would definitely buy from Sueno again - excellent range, top quality customer service, superb delivery drivers, who also installed our bed (and even insisted on taking their shoes off!)
