"Don't bother."

Don't bother. Really dispointed. Booked to travel 2020, left £1700 with them as knew travel industry took a hard hit during covid. Have changed booking a couple of times due to my business failing (hospitality covid). Have dilated Cardiomyopathy (heart Failure now not working) tried to change to UK sailing, now been told £500 to change booking thats if they can due to previously being long haul. Different agents giving advice or I'm passed to someone eles. Extremely disappointed wouldn't use again. Should of taken my money back when I could. Avoid this company' being going on since 2020

Having seen the programme on television it was good to see the whole package which sold me the idea. Mark the sales rep was very clear on what was on offer which made booking the cruise a great and easy experience.

I spoke with Nicky, who was very helpful. At no time was I felt pressured into buying there and then. Nicky answered all my questions, no matter how strange they were. She was at all time pleasent and paitent.

I called back to book my cruise with confidance. Again Nicky spoke me through the details and T&C.

Natalie was absolutely great, when booking our 2023 tailor made Croatia cruise . She is very knowledgeable and had all the information to hand. I was worried about booking with a cruise club company as normally book direct with Celebrity. But they were well out with pricing for the same class of cabins. I did try 2 other cruise club companies but found it really hard work. I first spoke to Natalie on the 13th and booked on the 16th after doing my research. I hope the 2023 holiday goes to plan and will definitely book with LoveitBookit again.
