Phoned twice, answered quickly. Just need some confirmation re hotels and flights other than Heathrow , all answered so well, then 2hrs after decided to book, the whole process was so easy, well done!

"NOT Direct Flights"
booked a Caribbean cruise for 2023. Great sales process, but beware if you have any questions after that. Difficult to get through on the Customer Service phone lines and had to leave a message which was responded to after 36 hours.
Paid extra for flights from Manchester, only to find out that the flight from Manchester was only a connecting flight to Heathrow. Apparently it was my duty to ask if it was a direct flight and not their duty to inform me, if I knew it meant multiple flights with hours in airports I would not of booked.
Zero empathy or alternative options given.

Thanks to the team who responsed so quickly, it is appreciated.
If there were no direct flights (and according to you team there have not been any for a number of years), why was this not made clear at the time of the booking, if it was we would not of booked it.
I would also like to point out that the only options given to me by your team are to: (1) cancel and lose the deposit (£500 PP) or (2) to make our own way to Heathrow and then we would have have a direct flight...do you think they are credible options ?
