I have never been disappointed at the service provided which is outstanding, especially with Mark who has been exceptional, his knowledge about different operators, ships and locations is fantastic and greatly appreciated when making choices. After sales, if you want to know any additional information then emails are dealt with promptly from their concierge team, no query is ever an issue. I totally recommend.
