"Booking the cruise was easy"

Booking the cruise was easy. However as it got closer we had a few queries. We have been dealing with Louise and Dionne. These two girls solved every query on same day. They went over and above to see that our problems were sorted. They were polite even though we had a few questions. They are a credit to Lofeitbookit . You are lucky to have such efficient accommodating girls in your employ. I wish I was closer and could actually see them to show our appreciation

"On 12/06/2023 we booked a Norwegian…"

On 12/06/2023 we booked a Norwegian cruise to Australia/New Zealand through this company. Norwegian cancelled the cruise then we had to get to a solution with love it book it. I simply couldn’t get it through to any agent I dealt with that after being booked for 18 months for a cruise of a lifetime that a discount you £100 from another cruise on their itinerary simply was not good enough. The same cruise is now several hundred pounds more & we have to wait a full further 12 months to take it, discounting £100pp &?raising the price is not a discount. We finally, after discussing between us went ahead to rebook, LIBI added a further £150 each to the booking as we had taken too long to decide. they would not honour the price they had given already.They are slow to be fair, decent, reasonable or helpful, no extra mile in fact not one inch. Today they refunded the £1000 deposit which was paid 18 months ago & we are now looking to replace the cruise we would like a year on. Originally booked 12/06/23
Please do not be so pedantic. It is not that £100 was not enough as you state below, it is that you added £300 each to the holiday & then added a further £150 each when we said yes. So we wait a further year to go then pay £900 more for the same holiday & £100 off each, so £700 more. Are you for real? That comment just shows what an unpleasant company you are to deal with.

"No loveitbokit for me!! "

First time using Love It Book It but a regular cruiser with Celebrity Cruises.

On 7th December 2024 I booked a European Fly Cruise, it was a very exciting booking as trying to surprise my husband but he joined in call, it’s for our upcoming 40th Wedding Anniversary, Cruise Date 27th September 2025.


I enquired during call re deposit which was a Thousand but when booking we were charged 1600 despite online advertised 1000. Furthermore I had enquired re WhatsApp but reply received after booking, their response was that deposit could be split into two 500 payments.


However, booked we did on 7th December 2024 On 26 th December I suffered a heart attack totally out of the blue. I contacted by email Love It Book It a few days later re my situation. An automated response returned stating 3-5 business days reply.

Their response blew me away, given no mention of holiday insurance when booking The options faced are.

Cancel holiday loose full deposit

Or

Change to an equally must be fly cruise Celebrity. Europe cruise and pay 150 each admin charge .


Or

Contact holiday insurer for help


Honestly it’s just made me feel so upset, money money money at the helm of this.

I have replied stating, naturally I don’t know situation given tests ongoing, no one wants this.


Is this how they are? They appear different on screen.

So upset . I contacted them on 3rd January as soon as feeling well enough to do so.
