"First time booking with Loveitbookit"

First time booking with Loveitbookit, I was extremely happy . Spoke to Mark 3 times to ask all sorts of questions which he answered no problem, before I was ready to book. Did not feel any pressure at any point to book. Mark was friendly, very knowledgeable and provided great advice. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This boat Norwegian Sky from Japan to South Korea 03/03/25 start of cruise. This has made us both ill, the food has not been cooked properly, pink sausages I found once cut in half this afternoon. The bugs on this boat are terrible, every other person is ill. I came here full of health! Could not wait to get to South Korea to get off this horrible boat! This was our honeymoon and my 40th birthday celebration. I tell you it’s the worst holiday I’ve ever been on. Wish we had chosen a nice hotel holiday, as Tokyo and its hotel was amazing! I’ve been to many places and this boat sucks massively. The boats air con pumps stagnant air around the rooms you can smell it. We had to buy air fresheners for the bathroom and bedroom!!. Thanks for breaking in our room and breaking the door, which I have photos to show, you never took anything as my wife was fast asleep I’ll while I was having breakfast up deck. Wish I had been on the other side of the door! I will be chasing this up! Do not go on this ship, they gave us $300 🤔 what for you holding your hands up to something? The captian and security wax meant to be getting back to us as there’s cctv on the ship! I will not let this go and I want a refund and better compensation than just this $300 you gave us for what??? I’ve just got the boat an hour ago thank god!

it was easy to book and the call was answered quickly, but some of the details in the confirmation email were incorrect which required two further calls to resolve.

Myself and four friends booked a cruise, we all paid the necessary £500. Unfortunately due to certain unavoidable circumstances we had to cancel our trip. Even though this was booked many months before, this company would not refund us any of our money. We called many times and we were given mixed information and sometimes no-one even got back to us. Apparently even though we were told that we could transfer that deposit to another trip, we still had to pay extra ( a penalty), we were only told this at the very end.
