"WORST online shopping experience ever"
WORST online shopping experience ever! Does this company even exist??? I've been calling them for days. I also left voice messages (no calls back) and even end up going to the shop in East London to find out that they are closed despite opening hours saying the opposite. I wanted to have more details about how to spend a £200 gift card and in case ask for a refund if I return any items. Not to mention that many items online are out of stock.
I am stuck with buying something I don't like, paying additional money on top of the gift card, without the guarantee to have any money back in case I don't like what I am buying (which is likely). Very unprofessional. Almost a scam!

I ordered an item in March (so 3 months ago). Order confirmation received. Nothing else - no shipping, no refund. Contacted customer service - no replies. Regret that I ever ordered something and paid money.
Upd: the business reached out to me rectifying their mistake and issuing a full refund for the item, also promising to deliver the item regardless - in July. Glad that they are reactive on the feedback given.
