"2-3 weeks has turned into 2.5 months."

We ordered £1900 of garden furniture on 22nd March. Skandium said 2-3 weeks dispatch. We have finally got a delivery date today. 9th June! Even though we had complained in May about the lateness and absence of customer service/information, Skandium have handed the items to a delivery company that only delivers once a week. But they can't deliver this Thursday because of Covid among their staff, we're away the following Thursday visiting an elderly aunt, and then they won't deliver the week after that because it's the Jubilee.

Skandium have ruined multiple plans we had to use the garden dining furniture. They are impossible to get hold of unless you post a bad review, and all they have offered by way of compensation is a £100 gift certificate. #93689

Very good delivery experience - the team set up my new table and chairs within a few minutes, helped work out where best in the garden to situate them and cleared away all the packaging neatly. The products are great, as expected.

The product is nice and all, but almost two months after ordering before you hear anything. Then it’s, “your item has been collected by the courier”, no clue when or where, until one morning, you get 1 hour notice that tadaaaaa it’s arriving.
