I bought a Skelton EM77 kettle from Skandium in October 2021. I’ve been delighted with it, but it stopped working. I contacted Skandium by phone. After sending video proof they swiftly agreed to replace the kettle. Thank you Caroline.

"Awful delivery and communication"
Firstly, Skandium offer beautiful design pieces and we have purchased from them in the past and a few times more recently including on this occasion. We bought an office chair that was listed as in stock and delivery within a week. We have had zero communication from Skandium other than when we have contacted them ourselves. It is now four weeks since ordering and last week we were advised that delivery would be tomorrow. We called today to confirm that was still true and have now been told delivery is still another week away (and it is hard to trust this will be the case). Bearing in mind the expensive delivery charge you pay, this is very poor. I suspect that the delivery firm they use are just reluctant to deliver unless they already have a number of other deliveries in the same region. We are based about an hour and half from London so we are not exactly remote. Very unimpressed.
