"Would highly recommend Skandium"

Would highly recommend Skandium, particualrly for the excellent customer service. I sent an email and in less than half an hour Claire called me - lovely, supportive and totally professional - to say she had sorted my issue and was calling me to confirm. Brilliant and 5 star service that will certainly make me use Skandum in the future.

"Faulty mirror"

I purchased a mirror, which I didn’t use for over a year.
When I came to unpack it i was really disappointed as one of the coat hooks that fitted at the bottom of the mirror was missing and one was split.
Luke at Skandium was fantastic. Within the space of a day he had contacted the supplier and organised replacement coat hooks.
I thought this was great as it was from over one year ago and I couldn’t find my email receipt.
He even arranged for it to be free of charge to me.
Great service so a big thank you to Luke 😊

"Exceptional customer service!"

Exceptional customer service!
I ordered a chopping board by Hay (medium size, colour peach), a very nice item, but unfortunately the item was faulty; it would not sit even on the surface as it had a slight bend and would wobble a bit. I immediately contacted Skandium's customer service. Their response was quick and great, they instantly sent another chopping board (same model and colour) and it arrived the next day. The replacement chopping board is perfect, and they organised the pickup of the faulty item. Everything was seamless; the support and professionalism provided were superb. She even went the extra mile and found out the one-hour time slot in which DPD would pick up the faulty item so that I didn't have to sit all day waiting for the DPD driver. Now I only have to wait for the package to arrive at Skandiums warehouses. I will update if anything has changed.

Thank you Skandium! I am very happy with my new chopping board.

"Appalling"

It is difficult to describe just how truly appalling the level of customer service from Skandium has been. It is nearly a year now since I ordered 3 x Libri shelving units. I have only ever received 2 due to staff incompetence, mistakes, alleged manufacturing delays and who knows whatever other excuse they might dream up - but they certainly don’t ever tell me as their communication is also utterly appalling. I constantly have to chase them. Nearly 12 months and I still have no delivery date. Avoid Skandium at all costs - I have bought other furniture this year from SCP, twentytwentyone and Haus. All Delivered on time and to schedule and with excellent communications. I know where I won’t ever shop again.
