"I placed an order in the sale"
I placed an order in the sale. Was told the item was out of stock and did I want a refund. I found the same item in stock and online - this time at full price. Was told this was a web and stock issue. They did not have my item. However two weeks later it is still for sale on the site. I have no idea what is going on!

My experience with Skandium was first rate ... spoke on several occasions on the phone when wanted questions answered ... also emailed back and forth several times with queries. Bought leather seating cushions for a set of Oak Hans Wengner Wishbone Chairs we've had for 25 years ... couldn't find the leather in the colour we wanted (as they were ending the line) Kim could not have been more helpful for an order just under £500 ... they were shipped here and arrived 10 days earlier than schedule ... look fab ... many thanks Kim SKANDIUM - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

"Appalling Customer Service"
Interesting product range, appalling customer service. Having had a 2month wait for a '2-3 weeks delivery' - with no action from Skandium - I cancelled my order.
Update Sep 9: Skandium's response is awful - it wasn't simply a case of failing to fulfil the order due to logistics or lead times, If i'd been updated i would have accepted the delay - i wasn't updated. The fact is that no customer service was provided - 2 months with no response isn't logistics, it's simply an appalling lack of customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the constant delays to my order, despite saying it was in stock when I placed the order. Its now been many weeks and I still don't have my table. Every date they give me keeps getting pushed. They continue to give vague answers and have done nothing to compensate me for this terrible experience.

I ordered and paid for my shelving on the 19th of June, the website states 4-6 weeks for delivery. A simple order of shelves and wall brackets, standard String furniture that's been made for over half a century and no doubt shipped around the globe for almost as long, from the, "Leading retailer of iconic and modern Scandinavian design". Easy, right?
After six weeks I enquired as to the wherabouts of my iconic shelves and was told a further two weeks would be necessary. I waited two, and then three weeks but heard nothing. I emailed again, and again, and then received the promise of, "In two more weeks sir", that was more than a fortnight ago. It is now week 11 and I am thinking, on what planet is this OK?

You pay a premium for delivery but 10 days after being told my product was ready for dispatch nothing
Had to chase a delivery date. Have waited in all day for a delivery - no show. No word from the courier. No word from Skandium.
Not what you expect from an organisation positioning itself as ‘upmarket’. Try Kin in Birmingham. Your custom seems to matter to Lewis and his team there.
Let’s see if a public moan does anything to rectify the situation.
UPDATE: Skandium have responded to my complaint and provided a reasonable resolution. So I’ve revised my rating to reflect this.
Update 8th Sept:
So, despite a promise of a new delivery date, still no sign of my furniture. I’m so disappointed with this business. No responses to email. No one returning my calls. Back down to one star.
I see lots of rave reviews so what had happened to customer care?
