On 7 May I order 2 sets of wine glasses. When they arrived 1 glass had a very visible flaw so I contacted customer service to ask for it to be replaced. It took them several days to respond and I had to chase them to get the process going. I was going away, so I arranged for them to be collected the following week but the courier never showed up! Collection was reorganised and finally they were collected but that was only to collect the faulty product. I was told by Luke that they would be arriving today so I again waited in again, only to receive an email from the courier at 4pm that it would be delivered tomorrow! I have spent 2 days waiting in for this already. Clearly standards have dropped considerably and they do not respect their customers. I would suggest you shop elsewhere and save yourself a lot of hassle. I know I will be and imagine by the shocking amount of bad reviews, that their other disappointed customers will be too.

When purchasing, was told it would be around a 6-8 week wait. It has now been almost 12 weeks and I still haven’t received my order.
The delivery arrived with the wrong shelves. 0 communication from the customers care team regarding the delays. I had to chase them up every single time.
Now the delivery is going to be conducted by DPD (with no fixed delivery date) because it does not fit with the skandium delivery schedule…
