"Disappointed and time to move on"

I have been a true supporter of Rosalique for many years, it really was a great product!!! Sadly for the past few tubes, it has either been watery, greasy, grainy, oily or its so hard, its like cement trying to get it out of the tube and covers nothing!! The product is just so unstable and unreliable. I am so utterly disappointed in this brand. I have however, sourced an alternative now, which is as good as the original, if not better. Rosalique, you have lost my custom, such a shame as I tried to be loyal!

"I have been using Rosalique for a while…"

I have been using Rosalique for a while now and am on my third tube. The first two have been fantastic with excellent coverage on my red areas. I could even use it on its own. However the latest tube was very disappointing. The product was ‘clay like’ and just didn’t blend well. I contacted customer services who replied very quickly, informing me that they had experienced problems with a batch including mine and would send me a new tube. I’m very impressed. Thank you.

twee sterren, ik geef niet zo snel lage recensies maar helaas moet ik wel eerlijk zijn. De kleur geeft je een geelzucht gloed. Het smeert niet fijn en doet niks tegen de rosacea. Ik weet dat mensen met rosacea echt alles proberen, crèmes, voeding van alles. Je wordt een beetje hopeloos. Daarom vind ik het jammer dat er dan toch producten verkocht worden die niet echt goed werken. Ik neem aan dat jullie dit op de huid testen, dus dan had de geelzucht kleur moeten opvallen. Het voelt nu meer als "nou dit is prima toch? gewoon lekker verkopen, goed genoeg." Hopelijk is dit product misschien over een paar jaar wel een toevoeging voor mensen met rosacea. Voorlopig nog even goed kritisch kijken als maker.

"Tevreden"

Gebruik het nu al ruim een jaar en voor mij werkt het heel fijn. Na gebruik krijg ik wel het gevoel dat mijn gezicht ietswat vettiger aanvoelt en uitziet, maar als ik het een beetje afpoeder is dat probleem ook weer verholpen. Ik gebruik ook geen foundation meer nu ik Rosalique gebruik. De roodheid op mijn wangen wordt goed bedekt. Ik heb zelf een beige-achtige huidskleur, de tint past goed op mijn huid. Jammer te lezen dat het niet voor iedereen is weggelegd. Tot nu toe 1 tube gehad waarbij er extreem veel olie-achtige substantie uit kwam. Bij de andere tubes had ik daar geen last van. Op den duur ook de kwast besteld en die vind ik persoonlijk heel fijn om te appliceren.

"Disappointed with formula change- from an avid customer since 2020! "

I am so disappointed that having been an avid buyer of Rosalique’s anti redness cream for over four years, they’ve now changed the formula of the product and it offers nowhere near the quality it once did. My latest tube comes out like a clay mask, does not apply to my skin evenly and worst of all offers no counteraction to my redness- if anything, it worsens it now as I have to rub the product in so vigorously. I sent an email to customer care, who have been very helpful in the past when I experienced an issue with a previous batch, and received a very curt response to say that changes had to be made and they would not be offering replacements (I didn’t even ask for one, I just simply emailed to see if the formula had been changed). I’m gutted but am left with no choice but to find an alternative as this cream no longer fulfils its purpose.

Totally agree with other reviewers. This was my favorite product but I have had 2 tubes which burst at the end and they must have a new formula because it no longer covers redness. Hope they can fix what seems to be a manufacturing issue.

"Change of formula now means product is poor "

I have loved using Rosalique previously but their new formula is really poor, greasy, separates and offers little to no coverage. I did contact them to complain and they did promptly replace the tube only to send a replacement with the same issues, I will not be buying again and would not recommend this product, it doesn’t cover any redness and leaves your face very greasy and shiny, very expensive for the product they are now producing, so disappointing

"This was my first time trying Rosalique…"

This was my first time trying Rosalique after it was recommended to me. I ordered and was excited to try. As this was my first purchase, I didn’t know what the consistency should be like. When I explained to my friend, she said it shouldn’t be watery and separating like that. I contacted Rosalique who couldn’t be more helpful and explained they had an issue with that batch and they would send me another. This one is sooo different, almost creamy and thicker and blends to cover my redness and isn’t orangey now. Would highly recommend as this is a really good product and come across as a genuine and lovely team.

Edit: I purchased the product from Denmark’s largest health and beauty retailer, Matas.
I have been a very satisfied customer for a couple of years now, but sadly, the latest tube I had to return on the spot. It was a weird consisteny, separated and oily, impossible to smooth out. I ordered a new one online, and was disappointed to see the same batch number on the tube. And yes, it was the same issue. Please fix this, as I LOVED the previous formulas!!

I used to wear foundation on the school run to cover my red blotchy face but now there is no need! Rosalique covers the redness, evens out of skin tone, protects my skin from the sun and leaves a lovely, dewy glow. About to buy the night cream and balm cleanser to compliment the amazing miracle formula. Thank you so much!
