"Formula change for the worse"
When I first started using Rosalique it was amazing- covered redness and left a beautiful dewy sheen. Then I ordered another and the batch was faulty and the cream had separated from the oil. However, they gave me a replacement, which to my disappointment just doesn’t do the trick! Very thick, doesn’t deal with the redness and no dewy sheen. Why would you fix something that isn’t broken? I will now be searching for other options.

Feeling disappointed. I have previously used Rosalique cream for rosacea and it has been great. My most recent order of 2 creams is disappointing. Both are thick and do not spread. They leave green patches on my face. Rosalique say this is the new and better formula so I can’t have replacements. A refund may be possible but it seems a shame that they are continuing with a poor version of the original cream despite all the negative feedback from customers.

"Vettige crème (komt veel olie uit)"
Al een paar jaar gebruik ik de crème van jullie naar tevredenheid. Laatste tube crème is erg vettig (er komt veel olie mee). Telkens moet ik het eerste deel van de crème (lees olie die mee komt) verwijderen. Ik ben dit niet gewend van jullie. Na contact hierover te hebben gehad met de klantenservice en ik niet kon aangeven of ik de crème rechtstreeks bij jullie had gekocht, is er radiostilte. Erg jammer dit !

The anti redness cream I bought had separated and was oily. I emailed Rosalique and had an immediate, personal and positive response with two replacement tubes for me and my daughter received within a week. The cream is brilliant and how nice to deal with such a good company.

"Change in formula??"
Hi Rosalique, 3 months ago I would have given this product a five star review but unfortunately the last two tubes I have purchased from my local pharmacy have been split with an oily liquid and a different colour green putty like substance, very difficult to apply. I’m disappointed that when this has been raised by many people on your social media pages the fob off answer is to advise to email you. There is clearly a manufacturing issue/ change in formula judging by your responses here. Perhaps your customer service department could be more transparent by addressing in the social media forums also. I’m so disappointed as it was a great product, unfortunately I won’t be purchasing it again.

Previous tubes were great but the formula has changed and is not as good. Customer service has sent me two replacements but alas it is not the same. Will be switching to Loreal CC+ Eucerin SPF instead

I was so looking forward to trying this product but it’s horrid . It’s like a thick gritty clay that doesn’t rub in and is patchy. A complete waste of money

*Since writing this and emailing company have now received replacement and it’s back to the wonderful original…fantastic customer service.*
Having been a Rosalique customer since lockdown and loving this amazing product this latest tube has separated and is very oily with little or no coverage..contacted the company and customer service excellent and sent me out a replacement tube which sadly was exactly the same.
I shall have to search now for a similar product out there with equivalent SPF, having had skin cancer on my face this was why I bought it in the first place.
