Mochahost is a great hosting company, I have been with them for years and am very happy, 5 Stars.
This review is about the domain registration with them which is the worst experience I have ever had registering a domain. They demand a photo id to be registered with a third party company and for you to declare what content you will be hosting. Fair enough you say, but all my other domains, registered with other registrars and hosted on Mochahost, didn't have this rubbish to deal with.
@Sam, thanks for reaching out but I have cancelled my domain registration and will be doing it through somebody else. The ticket was MOCHA-FFE-050-84457.

Obwohl Visa als Default gesetzt war, nimmt Mochahost Paypal. Ich will aber kein Paypal und diesen Laden möglichst vermeiden. Auf eine Supportanfrage reagiert Mochahost nicht. Paypal gibt nicht etwa zurück an Mocha sondern behandelt mich als säumigen Schuldner. Wenn es zur Herausforderung wird, vierteljährlich eine Gebühr zu zahlen, dann sollte man Mochahost meiden.

I tried using their website builder. It's great if you know how to code websites. I don't. I asked for my account to be cancelled. They said sure we'll cancel it. In 10 months. I guess I didn't read the fine print. No refunds.
You buy it, you don't like it. Too bad.
