"I have been with them for 6 years, ILLEGAL PRICE HIKES"

I have been with them for 6 years. When I signed up they promised a "price lock" and now the prices increased. You can search an old version of this website from 2019 and see the price lock guarantee.

Fraudulent company.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I reached out to their billing department and opened a ticket. They did not speak about the breach of contract instead re-sent the verbiage about infrastructure upgrades and raising costs. Keep in mind, the price has doubled from when I signed up.

2022 Invoice: $132 for 3 yrs
2025 Invoice: $286 for 3 yrs

On the portal there was no option to change service types or billing cycles; the only option is to continue the 3 year plan at 100% increase. I would just switch providers immediately however I still have some credit left on the account from when they offered customers the opportunity to put money in the account and they will match a certain %.

Since 2020, they have increased the price by 100%. It was 96 including the domain, then 107 without the domain, and now $190.. Last year, the management may have changed because there were reckless decisions, as happened in may 2024 from Migration.

Update: I was contacted by Mochahost regarding my displeasure, and they provided a good discount as a one-time good faith measure for being a loyal customer. They didn't have to do this and due to the customer service, I am changing my review accordingly.

Substantial price increase after 3 years on a plan that was not supposed to increase and be locked in. Had increases across the board.
