"Terrible English, slowest shipping I've ever experienced"

Placed an order Nov 6th. A month later it still wasn't here. I told them I wanted a refund. They asked for another chance. I said fine, but I was unwilling to wait a month. I receive a response saying a new one would be shipped out in 48 hours and would be there in 15-20 *business* days meaning another month.
Worst shipping and communication I have experienced -- EVER.

It takes forever for the site to load using google chrome or mozilla. Other sites load fast, so it's not my computer.

I wouldn't waste my time waiting for each page to load. Will try back in a week or so and see if the speed increases, otherwise no shopping here...

I do test buys with sites like this, in this case a $1 permanent match. I got this REALLY fast in comparison to other free shipping sites, just over a week instead of months. Highly recommended just for this; a lot of people don't like the shipping time with these types of sites.
