"Total scam"

I bought i phone on newfrog 9 month ago.
Unfortunately the phone broke after 2 month from a malfunction from the battery.
Since then i'm emailing them.
They made me pay 40€ more for a check up that said exactly what i told them, 26€ more because they wanted me to send them the phone back.
BUT.
Since I've send the phone, almost no respond. They act like they never received the phone, but the package tracking said that they have received it since months.
They ask me to resend the item. What a joke !
This compagny is a scam. please don't buy from them.

"Trojan malware"

I've been ordering for many years and everything always arrived, sometimes slow but coming from China I expect that. Some items such as head lights have worked but a few of them have repeatedly drained batteries when switched off (faulty). Most lights have been bright and cheaper than other suppliers. Other items have worked as described but I never expected any after sales service. Recently, I bought a 32GB memory card and was supplied but the card was found upon first use to be infected with Malware, win32.Virtob.Gen.12 which is a back door Trojan, happily my security software found and deleted it but unless your PC is in tip top condition and has excellent security don't purchase these.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they were simply awful to deal with. And then they took our money but didn't deliver. Despite multiple attempts, they have not refunded our money. AVOID.

Attenzione. Si sono spostati su un altro dominio ovvero cesdeals. Pessimi, ordine mai spedito.

the worst company EVER, paid for an item with tracking as extra charge, fake tracking info, never turned up. had to claim with paypal, do not trust this company at all, as you can see from other reviews.
save yourself the hassle of waiting 3 months for a refund

"Asi roba New Frog"

Inicie comprando en New Frog pensando que la demora en la entrega pudiera compensar los precios ofertados... sin embargo la calidad deja que desear en algunas ocasiones y para el colmo en la última compra realizada en diciembre 2018 pagué por un teléfono celular mismo que no llegó en el plazo acordado, al reclamar pidieron paciencia en dos ocasiones en plazos de 15 días mismos que ya han transcurrido. No respetaron lo acordado y no hay manera de que me devuelvan mi dinero. Así que mucho ojo... New Frog roba aquí y en China.

Me cambié a Newfrog porque en Aliexpres tuve una malisima experiencia (perdida de un GPS y dinero, un autentico robo), pero ! sorpresa !!!, no he recibido mis dos ultimos pedidos y si no pagas entrega por certificado no tienes derecho A NADA. aunque parece que en los "chinos" todo es muy barato, es mentira de lo unico que puedes estar seguro es que TU PAGAS y entras en la ruleta rusa de si lo recibes y funciona es porque HAS TENIDO SUERTE

"Won't recommend"

Purchase + 1 question = 5 weeks of delivery instead of 5 days. After a few times of use, the product (smartwatch) stoped working. On simple question is there any warranty/repair service got all kind of requests, like to send pictures of the smartwatch, after pictures - video became necessary. In the end no answer, no repair, no services.

"I got a faulty camera but customer service was good"

The camera was a camcorder it was plastic, faulty and glitched a lot, it works but freezers when I zoom in and out and does not have good graphics. So I asked for a refund on the first day I got it, they responded once a day over 5 day period but got my answer and I wanted a full refund so they gave me my money back and got to keep that camera : )
This is why I gave it a 3/5 star rating.
