"Never received order!"

I ordered an order in early Sept and got it in 2 weeks. Made out another order 2 weeks later and so far have not received it
. It has been 3 months. They sent it out again Nov 15 and so far have not received this second order of the same thing. All they tell me is to wait a little longer. Will never order from them again.n

Well I ordered a product from there still haven't received don't know who I can talk to about but I blame myself for not doing a background check on who I was ordering from but I can't say I would recommend them to anyone else.

"I have dealt with Newfrog before but…"

I have dealt with Newfrog before but their delivery is slow. However this time I ordered items on the 17th November and so far nothing. When I look at their tracking page all it says is pending. I think now in future I will order elsewhere.

"The worst service I’ve ever experienced for online order service."

Ordered a Package 1st November still waiting for the delivery. Customer service seems to be non existent or just not quialified to work at a customer service representative.

I highly suggest you make the necessary changes to your order sites where it clearly states:7-20 working days not to disappoint your clients. When an order is placed for an item as a gift for a birthday there is an expectation of the items being delivered before the date.

Also very surprised to see how quickly a story can change.

There is no delivery been made to the allocated address till date.

I have not received my item !!
Sending me a tracking link to the parcel does not mean anything to me !!!

The consignment has arrived in the country of destination "this clearly says it arrived in the country, but where does it say the items have been delivered !!! ???

Again I still did not receive my package I need to know who to contact "IN SOUTH AFRICA" to find out where my package is!!!
Again who is the courier company ???

"I had written a review of this company…"

I had written a review of this company about two or so months ago. In it I gave facts concerning my experience with NewFrog The review was positive with regards to items delivered to me, their quality, condition, and delivery time. My main point was that I had always received a Good deal from this company. That has now changed. On December 13, 2018, I received an item from NewFrog When I removed it from the Postal packaging, I immediately saw a puncture on the outside cardboard slip cover. I slid out the inner box and found an other puncture correlating with the one on the outside cover. This alarmed me. I then nervously opened the inner box and found the item, a Wi-Fi speaker, with a significant "ding" on the speaker grill. There was other evidence that the box had been taken out and set on a greasy dirty surface. But that was not the end of it. I began the charging process, which according to the user manual, would take 3 to 4 hours, after which the red charging light would go off. After 8 hours of charging, the red light never went off. So I unplugged it from the USB charger port, and I tried to pair it with one of my Bluetooth phones that had music loaded into it. The item played the music...for ten seconds. Then it turned itself off. I tried several attempts to get it to play, but it just repeated the same response. According to the user manual, this shut down would result if the battery charge level was less than 10%. So. After 8 hours of waiting for the red light to go off, clearly, I now had a defective device, along with the physical damage. I immediately contacted NewFrog through it's service section and told them the situation. They responded by asking me to send them high resolution video's of the item, so as they put it, their engineers could "interpret" the images. I sent e-mails to them explaining that my PC could not attach video files larger than 34MGB This went on between me and NewFrog for five strait days. During which at no time did the service team acknowledge that they had simply made a mistake, and would act quickly to remedy the situation.They continued with more e-mails asking for video, more vague questions along with strange sentence phrases that made no sense. So, for the last time, I again told them that I could not send video. After that I contacted PayPal and reported the chain of events and e-mail exchanges between myself and NewFrog. The agent for PayPal explained that this response from the NewFrog service section, was a classic pattern of stall tactic, and they advised me to open an immediate case and request that it be escalated, at which time, PayPal would take control of the matter. This has left me with a strong sense of betrayal, of having been ripped off, and that I have now been added to a growing list of victims who have suffered the same experience from NewFrog as I. So. Like in my first review of NewFrog, I stated that my review was based on facts. I am restating this point with regards to my now very bad experience with this company and what I have written down. That's it.The facts.

"Bad service"

The service now is so bad and there is no support from the customer service agents at all. Recently, I had some orders, one of the packages was lost before I received it. This package should be received October 30 and until now the customer service replied to me with their recording formats to more than 30 emails that I sent attached with the order number and all details.
Also, some of the items received from other orders package were damaged when received and some of them had a very bad quality other than that appeared in the website images, I sent also more than 30 emails regarding this problem attached with some images and videos, and every day a different agent replied to me and I have to repeat all the problem details again without any solutions for more than 2 months.
I advise rethinking before making any orders to keep your rights in a case such as I overwhelmed in.

"My order got lost at Customs no refund"

My order got lost at Customs. I contacted Newfrog and let them know I never received my package, and that my items were lost. Newfrog emailed me back telling me to wait longer. I already contacted USPS at this time, and they said the package was lost. So I wrote back to newfrog and they again said to wait. Well, this back and forth goes on for upwards of 20 emails telling me to wait , to checking around my house (I live in an apartment in San Francisco) to going to the post office to ask them to “look around for my package “ to getting it in writing from usps that my package was lost. Gave them the email from USA stating my package was lost, and they finally replied that I was going to get a refund. They asked if I wanted my order shipped again or a full refund. I replied “Full Refund”. When I got the response I knew I was never getting a refund because they said before they can issue me a refund I need to get a “ certificate of non-delivery” from the post office, what ever the f*%ck that is. They were just making stuff up at this point which was some time in November!!! I’m out $75. Never buy from newfrog. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
