If I could rate this website a 0 I definitely would. I’ve been waiting for an order since the month of November of last year. They seem to always make up excuses in why my package has not arrived. Do NOT purchase from this company. A complete SCAM.

Absolute joke and scam! There service and email responses are appalling and provide no information. They actually asked if I would like to wait longer. They cannot provide tracking information or any information on your package just excuses.

They avoid refunding you by saying it’s almost there when there is no information on the tracking sites, the package has probably never been shipped.

Definitely a scam company, do not buy from here!!!!

Bonjour, j'ai passé une commande il y a un mois. La somme a été prelévée sur mon comtpe. Pourtant, depuis un mois, mon statut est commande payée et aucune information sur une livraison quelconque (encore moins en 5 jours maxi comme indiqué sur le site). J'ai beau envoyer des mails au service client ou sur Facebook - jamais de réponse! Le service client indique pour appeler est un telephone chinois qui raccorche... Donc pour le moment, j'ai juste l'impression d'avoir eu affaire a des arnaqueurs.

Stay away. No delivery after payment. Ordered watch straps on 4th Dec 2018. They kept on making excuses for not delivering and then stopped communicating. Fraud. Dishonest.

I have order from Newfrog on the 4th Dec 2018, they immediately took the payment. On the 6 Dec 2018 they deducted money for the clearance. After I have received a FAKE product which they promised to refund, Newfrog instead deducted money again on the 29 Jan 2019. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM NEWFROG THEY ARE A SCAM. I have launched a youtube video named " Scruff a luvs Newfrog fake awareness" of the fake product. PLEASE MAKE PEOPLE AWARE.

"No delivery, no help"

The item I ordered in September 2018 still hasn't been delivered by now (January 2019).
Track & trace shows the package being stuck somewhere in the airport of destination, but I haven't received any requests for follow up actions on my part... only radio silence.
When I contacted customer service, they required me to provide a 'proof of non-delivery' instead of working things out with the delivery service directly and refunding me my money.

I doubt I'll get this proof from the local post office, because as far as I can see in the tracking information, this package never reached them.

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from Newfrog unless you just want to get rid of some money you have lying around.
