"Where is my order!!!!"

Hi,
I ordered 3 baby nursing covers from new frog on 18 December 2018. When i sent an email requesting which date it"ll be received as I saw a notification that its been shipped out.
I received a reply regarding the nursing covers features etc. When i emailed to say that i know the features of it and reinterated what i was enquiring then i received a responds saying that delivery will be between 15-35 days.

So I waited 35 days, which I was suppose to receive it on between 23 or 24 or 25th January 2019 but I didnt. I then emailed new frog asking when will I receive my order because its 35 days and past days.
They sent me a response saying that they cant track the order but it has arrived in the delivery country and that delivery takes 25 - 35 days and that I should allow a furthermore few days for delivery.

I actually feel that NEW FROG is a fraud and their info response is rubbish because every company that does shipping, can track the necessary orders, yet they saying they cant.
All these pathetic stories after they"ve received payment and there"s no other way one can take this matter further or even call to enquire.

Son unos malditos estafadores, los desgraciados. Yo pedí un interruptor de RF y jamás llego, cuando les pedí cuentas salieron conque se extravió y que me regresarían el 80% del costo todo esto ya va desde el 12 de Noviembre del año pasado (2018) y nada que me regresan el dinero y han dejado de responderme los correos. Ya los reporte con las autoridades de México como estafadores y los sigo chingando en redes sociales con leyendas de rateros y demás junto con la pagina que según les da el servicio de paquetería, para que no les compren nada. Yo no había visto esta pagina antes que si no les hubiera comprado nada.

"Fraudulent site"

Scammers, I bought two iPads from them that took ages to arrive. Too bad the iPads are not functioning I contacted them about it and they said I should seek a local repairer to fix the problem. I told them I need to return the items and won’t go through the stress of looking for how to fix the defective items they sold to me. They responded I should make a video of the item not working and send it to them. I made a video and send to them and they said I should download the video on YouTube and send them the link, hell no i said to them I have to go through this extra stress to get items I bought with my money? I requested for a refund and they never respond to my emails again till this moment. New frog.com is a fraudulent online site don’t buy anything from them except you don’t mind losing your money.

I bought a few items & was pleased even with slow service. Shipments were coming from China. Then the last two orders never came. The first one was suppose to have been reshipped. I gave up on the second one early. Not worth the stress of dealing with company that lies. If something goes wrong you are screwed. I don't know where the shipping break down happens, you are better off buying China stuff from Wall Mart, let the experts deal with each other.

Too bad you can't leave 0 stars! These guys suck, period! We ordered a graphics card that was advertised as 4 GB. We got it, installed it into our gaming computer and it is 2 GB!!! We sent an email asking what the return policy is and no response (we actually sent several emails). If you are looking for legit products, spend the extra money and buy from legitimate retailers. We never received a response at all so we are basically out the money! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NEW FROG, IT IS NOT WORTH SAVING A COUPLE BUCKS TO GET A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS BILLING.

"A culpa nem sempre é do New Frog"

Seguinte, o maior problema com a compra de produtos da china é a qualidade, poucos são bons de fato. Nunca espere receber um produto original. As empresas top não vendem em sites tipo drop shipping. E quando as peças chegam dos Estados Unidos elas são 100% taxadas pela receita federal do Brasil. E o pior problema, que não é de responsabilidade da New Frog é os Correios do Brasil. Eles demoram muito para enviar aos destinatários. Alegam que o problema é a receita federal, principalmente de Curitiba. Muitas vezes eles precisam abrir os pacotes para simples verificação, coisa que é saudável, mas não têm o devido cuidado com as peças. Já trabalhei com várias empresas da China e sempre tive problemas de prazo. O importante é sempre comprar e ter o frete com o código de rastrear, nem que seja necessário pagar um pouco mais. Assim terão como reclamar nos Correios do Brasil. Tive vários itens extraviados porque não tinham o bendito código.

Ordered from newfrog 19 Nov a new phone still not arrived several emails later still nothing sorted, they have stopped responding to my emails now.Very bad customer service left hand does not now what the right hand is doing
