Semplicemente incompetenti,comprato un tab del valore di euro 25.hanno fatto un casino con la spedizione.e stato fermo mesi alla dogana e per sdoganarlo il costo è stato di euro 26 in poche parole mi è costato il doppio che oltretutto prodotto scadente ma più acquisti da questi soggetti lo SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE

Compre el día 31 de diciembre una pantalla extraible para coche y no me llego ni correo de confirmación de la cuenta ni nada pero el cobro en mi cuenta esta hecho. Quiero ponerme en contacto con newfrog pero no se como. Podéis ayudarme? No se ni cuando me llegará ni el número de seguimiento del pedido.

Started receiving emails from them when inadvertantly ordered something ( Price was too good to true)from another company Lovebirdsweddings.co.uk quickly realised that they were skimming my card details, so stopped them. Good reviews here are fake....don't shop with these....trust pilot can you review this site????

Disappointing after sale service:
S60 lite phone- rugged and waterproof,and cheap- (£127) but the sound failed completely- except via the headphones.
After sales service- polite, but ineffective over 3 months-despite 3 months worth of emails, no solution to problem except at my own risk sending it for repairs and on returning the phone it was 'lost' and now I am offered 10% refund as a last resort!
Simply refunding the phone promptly would be the expected solution. As they have proof of my purchase and of posting.

Hola.,. muy mal ,,compre una batería externa y un arrancador fatal no la recomiendo mucho tiempo desde que lo pagas hasta que te llega, en seguimiento después de más de 2 meses no se sabe nada, luego el producto no funciona correctamente, te pones en contacto y te hacen grabar un video de la avería(de risa) Después de más de 10 correos pidiendo cambios, sin respuesta.

Pido un teléfono que tarda supuestamente 15 días y tarda 2 meses, lo abro y no funciona el táctil, me dicen que envíe un vídeo, lo envío, confirman la avería, envío el teléfono,me hacen pagar los gastos de envío y me comentan que me devuelven el dinero del teléfono y el de los gastos de envío
El dinero del teléfono me lo devuelven el 19 de noviembre desde el 15 de junio y los gastos de envío????? aún reclamándolo llevo 48 RECLAMACIONES!!!
