"Terrible customer service, disappointing service, chaotic company"

Events.com is a chaotic company that offers poor and disappointing services to its clients. I’m honestly not satisfied with the way this company handles events, and it doesn’t seem to improve despite performing poorly plenty of times already. Also, the customer service here is terrible and difficult to reach!

"I LOST MONEY AND GOT GHOSTED!"

I bought tickets to an event that never even happened. I reached out for a refund — crickets. No call, no email, no explanation, just silence. The site still looked polished, like everything was fine, but behind the scenes? Total scam energy. It was like they vanished the second they got my card info.

"Customer service is awful!"

"Total Frustration and the Happy Resolution"

I have spent two hours trying to get an event listed on the calendar of a local newspaper. This platform is the worst—constant error messages when there are no errors. Customer support is canned responses that did not "read" the request for support. I was just trying to add a listing. What a nightmare if we were trying to sell tickets thru this site.

UPDATE: on 12/11, I was able to speak with a representative of Events.com. In less than 5 minutes he was able to walk me thru the issue that was creating the problems in uploading the information. AG's direct customer service was stellar. So....i am moving my initial one star experience up to 4 stars

"Beware, don't make my mistake!"

TICKET SELLERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They stole over $700 from me. Even worse, is the emotional upset for being scammed out of money. They will not correct their error. Customer phone support is non-existent. Do your research first and do not make the mistake we did.

"I am deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience"

I recently had the misfortune of using Events.com for a significant event, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was far below expectations, but the most glaring issue was the complete lack of accessible customer support. Despite multiple attempts to find a way to reach them through emails, I was met with radio silence. I strongly advise caution.

"Awfully Complicated Process and Terrible Customer Support"

They claim that everything on their website is simple. It's a lie. The website is complicated and doesn't work properly. Their customer support is usually unavailable and poor and responds too slowly. It was a horrible experience. Please avoid depending on them for your event needs. They are just awful!

"The worst and most problematic company culture"

Events.com has the worst and most problematic company culture that I've ever had the displeasure to be experience. The management here are narcissists who have zero respect for the employees and who literally do not care about our well-being. The managers just give out orders and expect employees to follow them blindly.
