"UIS - All about the money - you have been warned "

Be very very careful before using this company, they are all about taking your money and will tie you in knots with jargon and terms conditions if your circumstances change. Unsurprisingly they will contact you continuously until they have your money, therefore be warned and read the terms and condition. I had a mental health breakdown shortly after registering with them and I wrote to UIS within 48 hours of making a payment of £3100.00. They refused to refund my money back even though my circumstances were exceptional. Find a more reputable provider. No compassion, just all about the money. They have come back with a paltry £600 discretionary payment for doing not a lot and have shown themselves to be a money grabbing outfit with no concern for people with disabilities mental or physical. Don’t use this company as they sweet talk you into making payments and then if things change they will do everything to avoid refunding monies due to exceptional circumstances. I would have given them a zero if I was able to.
