I have bought a VPS from HostDoc during Black Friday. Apart from the little bit of confusion generated by the many site that the HostDoc is selling on (hosting, kvm.doctor, etc) and what is included in the promotion and what not, I have to say that the experience was very pleasant.
It took some time to get everything sorted out, which is very understandable given the period, but it got sorted out quite nicely and to my satisfaction. I didn't get the plan that I wanted because it was not included in the promotion (not very obvious to me), but the staff sorted it out (shout out to Chike) and in the end I got 2 VPSes for the price of one as the promotion stated.
The first one that got provisioned is very fast and very satisfactory The drive is not the fastest (HDD), and I was hoping for SAN storage, but in the end is not so bad, as I do not need SSD speeds for this instance.
All in all, very good support, very good value for pound and a nice attitude towards the client. I can recommend them.
