As a self-proclaimed discerning user on frugal budget, Hostdoc never really caught my eye when it came to KVM VPS. That being said, they have been continuously breaking price barriers when it comes to the performance offered.

What impressed me is how serious they are in managing user experience, and making sure that performance is delivered as advertised.

VPS performance:
Resources seem to be well provisioned and consistent.
In my opinion it exceeds expectations by keeping 2 things simple:
If its a vCPU, it computes like one. If its NVMe, it writes like one.
It is a simple yet highly differentiating factor.
Not many appear to do so in this price range.
Most of their host nodes are in the high performance segment as well.

Control Panel:
Nice touch with modern looking virtualizzor panel integrated into the client area. Simple or overview management is up to user.

Support:
Professional attitude. Swift in resolution, no excuses. Efficient.

Uptime:
Shown on their status page. Again in this price range, rare.
Looking at their current 99.933% uptime one would deem it suitable for production.

Paying just a wee bit higher for the above positive experience is something I would gladly afford out of the budget.

I have taken Shared hosting account from HostDoc with NVMe, DDR 4 RAM and fast CPU. They have given 2 GB RAM for the Wordpress, it was working very fast and consistent with performance. They support staff and chat service is top quality, respond to tickets fast and reliable manner, they know their stuff. They also migrated my Wordpress hosting from other provider to HostDoc, helped me in every aspect without loosing data, site. At the end, my site is performance 4-5 times faster than older host, I am more than happy with HostDoc.After I add total cache, CDN, the site received 90% score in Google site speed score. I am happy with their backup solutions as well, every day site backup, every week offsite backup, you can have custom backup solutions as well.
