Hostdoc offers excellent hosting at a good price. The uptime is definitely very good so far, the server i got uses 10Gb/s network, so the speed is very high and loving it. The best part is the support, I must say, I'm super impressed with Hostdoc support, I've messaged them a few times, they are extremely quick and answer everything in detail, so yes a company with a good customer support means they really care about customers... So yes, this is my honest feedback, don't hesitate a lot, talk to Hostdoc, get your best servers.

Its been an awesome experience, the service is at par and in my 1 year of tenure I just got a chance of one time to get in touch with customer support and they have been very professional and responsive to my queries and went out of the way to help me resolve the situation I was going through and made everything working as expected.

Didn't have to use their support yet so no comment there.

The unpaid bills are manually shut down before the vps expires. The customer service has to say that the expiration will continue to be used.
