"Support desk service good but Fica desk poor."

24 04 2025. I had a query about Trust wallet. My query was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. The support desk went as far as making a phone call to me to discuss the matter and resolve the query.
Altcoin Trader can sharpen their skills and Fica systems to read scanned documents. I had much annoyable trouble to get readable documents through to them.

it was good fore, but now turned to be scammers. the kyc is too difficult epically to old people. if you try to help those people that have difficulties' to do kyc you are wrong and they block your Account even you try to explain to them you waist your time because you will never get your coins and your money. is how they scam me. the risen why they do that is that they want to win all coins for all those peoples that are past away and those are give up to do kyc.
