"I think this company are a joke"
I think this company are a joke. I am frustrated that my government organisation uses them. Their customer service is extremely hit and miss. I find that a lot of emails raising an issue are ignored. Often simple request over the phone can take up to a hour to solve. Their new ClarityGo system is not fit for purpose and the webpage for ClarityGo is poorly designed.

"Nightmare experience"
Nightmare experience. Booking travel with my university, they force you to use go2book which crashes almost every time, searching for flights takes several minutes, more often than not you get an error message after clicking "book". Then you are left with waiting for them to pick up the phone or for their dreaded webchat, since in their efforts to be maximally unhelpful they refuse to resolve queries made by email. I have implored our university to find a different travel agent, they are truly hopeless, and seem to have given up trying for a minimum level of customer service.

"Utterly terrible company"
Utterly terrible company. Almost every time I book there is an issue - I have had tickets booked for wrong destination when booking over the phone (because the website is playing up) or on two occasions tickets not issued at all due to technical glitches (often resulting in having to pay inflated prices at a later date). Most recently I couldn't book a multi-leg ticket, hours of productive working time wasted on the phone. To change a flight we have to fill in an email form, and wait days for a response - hilarious throwback to the 1990s. Similar task on an airline website or modern travel company would take 5 minutes.

"More expensive, layovers, multiple flight hops "
How on earth this company has become the provider for big businesses in the UK I have no idea. Their system is a nuisance to fight through to get the flights you want. It'll favour ridiculous multi stops and layovers, and still be more expensive than booking direct with airlines on better flights. If your business wants to use a travel agent then avoid Clarity, I guess they picked that name for the irony

"Absolute and utter despicable garbage…"
Absolute and utter despicable garbage of a company. I don't know how these people have become the way for UK organisations to make business trips. The prices quoted on their websites far exceeds anything that can be found by a simple google search online. Then you have to fight with the whole system just to get the flights/hotels you need wasting precious days and hours. I hate this company so much! Please I hope you go out of business!!!!

Every time I make a booking have to fill out the same details across multiple trains, hotels etc booked even if it's for the same person with one PO.. Train bookings don't allow/have certain routes.. If you want to go back on yourself in the basket to check what you have all progress gets wiped out.. Customer service provides no suggestions on how to solve problems and the list goes on... all for an insanely inflated price!

our uni have bought into this, wasted many many hours sorting out faulty and wrong hotel and train tickets, every single booking has gone wrong that takes hours to sort, do not use!!!!

"Wastes hours and hours"
What should take one person an effortless 5mins, e.g. booking a train, always always always takes several hours and numerous emails involving several people spread over a few days. I can only book flights operated by airlines based in the US (I live in the UK). I cannot book European trains or international hotels. Prices are expensive compared to other websites. I can only think universities use the company to try and stop their staff travelling.

"Absolutely awful and time-wasting"
Absolutely awful. It is appalling that UK universities use such poor service. They offer a limited range of hotel and flight options at very high prices, along with a malfunctioning map view to locate hotels. Furthermore, there are unexpected errors in EVERY booking. This situation necessitates contacting their unhelpful agents, who refuse assistance if called too early, on bank holidays, or outside office hours, resulting in hours of waiting on hold. Academics' time should not be wasted on such nonsense.
