"Great service, bad user experience"

Great fundamental service, but terrible user experience on the site. You can't delete postings, and it's difficult to navigate to many functions such as reviewing a request to rent a space. The customer service chatbot says it's bringing someone in, then leaves you hanging for a while with no indication that anyone will come.

Carmen, the customer service representative who assisted me, was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. Despite some issues with obtaining the permit for the spot and a few other issues, she ensured everything was taken care of and responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. A true professional!"

The whole experience was handled very well, prices were up front, and Spacer even sent me a pic of my exact parking spot (I just moved to MA). A special thanks to MARIE, she helped me with multiple questions and details, her responses were prompt and she had the right amount of detail. Spacer should be happy to have her as an employee.

"It does what it says but poor website with lack of communication"

It does what it says it would. However, I think the notification system leaves little be desired. I've had a renter in my parking spot since January. I have not received any emails from Spacer since the day it was first booked. I do not know if the renter is continuing renting the spot. I don't know when money is being sent to my bank account. This is a poorly built website.

I had a hard time adjusting my listing, deleting seems impossible. I also had a lower my price compared to other apps I used for renting my driveway. On the other hand I got my payment much sooner than with other apps. All in all I would certainly recommend using them

The better question would be what went right, which is nothing. They rented a space that wasn't available, and we didn't find out until 4 days into our rental period.
