Purchased circuit board for refrig. Sears technician installed it, it did not work. Decided to purchase new refrig. Attempted to return part for a refund. Parts Dr would not accept parts that had been installed. Asked how anyone can determine a circuit board is defective if not installed & they had no answer. Asked to talk to a mgr. & none were available now or in the future. Persisted to insist on talking to a manager & Parts Dr (Anthony) hung up on me. We are out approx. $240.
