Originally went to Vanguard but was soon convinced to change to The Attic, Harrow, as I received a Blue Light discount, regular updates from Marco and excellent customer service.
Went through the procedures thoroughly and the coffee offered was always welcomed! I would highly recommend this branch and will be using them again once I have completed my project! Thanks for all your help Marco!! 10 out of 10!!

Marco and the team at Harrow Attic are fantastic. Great service and very knowledgeable. The Attic facility is clean and well lit. I was served by Marco, who went out of his way to assist me and meet my requirements. Was looking for storage and popped into Harrow Attic. Greeted and showed around by Marco, even had a cup of tea and a chat. Signed up and would recommend.

"Attic storage has a serious problem with theft from their units …"

So many items going missing at this storage unit and the managers are likely to steal items. Same old excuses and they never take security seriously, they love blaming the consumers when things go wrong, and their only answer is the claim of insurance when indeed Attic storage is at fault. They have breached my daughter's contract by saying they will provide security when they have failed. Their insurance company will invalidate these types of claims. So the buck stops at attic storage! Do not use their sites! Just read the negative reviews most people are complaining about how they hsve no interest in protecting consumers' goods. They have no complaints procedure, they have no security, when. If the unit gets destroyed they rely on the consumer to tell them, so these units are not recommended for long stay as problems will happen at these units and they have no care at attic storage, theft is the most serious issue here. I gave them all the details and they are now just ignoring my pleads. Very bad people who have no care for customer service relations as all care for is their money and nothing else . Legal action!

"False advertisement and misleading quotation."

Following a quotation online, I contacted Beckton store to understand the full details of the contract. The person was very friendly and professional however, they advertised online that the minimum stay is 2 weeks but the gentleman says no the minimum stay in Beckton is 4 weeks. When I mentioned that I do not need 4 weeks, I've been told oh but 2 weeks are free. If it's free why don't you keep it and let me pay for the only 2 weeks I need? False advertisement and misleading quotation.
