Most of the time, the houses tick over with little intervention, but sometimes - particularly when changing to new tenants - there is much to do. I've used RR for over 10 years now. When interventions are needed, they are quick, efficient and professional. They have a variety of tradesmen who are responsive, competent and charge reasonable rates. We've had a particularly good experience just before Christmas this year (2024) where RR found/turned around tenants in record time. Their advice throughout was first class.
