"My Coffee Hero"
The grinder unit in my De Longhi coffee machine failed about a month ago.
After trying various online parts suppliers (who failed to find the part after 2 weeks) I found MrBean2Cup owned by Zsolt. What a breath of fresh air to be able to communicate quickly via WhatApp and identify/supply the part very quickly.
I used various online tutorials to take out the part and re install it. All seemed well EXCEPT that the grinder still failed to grind the beans. I explained the issues to Zsolt and although he doesn’t repair machines, he offered to take a look for me and resolved the issue in no time. We then had a prolonged ‘Mexican Standoff’, as I wanted to pay Zsolt for his time, but to no avail. He insisted that he was just happy to have a satisfied customer.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars, this experience has been that good. This company deserves every success.

Zsolt gave me a superb customer service experience. He was very quick in replying to my emails when I was asking about the possible cause of the issue with my coffee machine. Even though he could not be 100% sure of what the cause of the issue was because all his assessments were based on my videos he was spot on in getting it but as he could not check it personally he recommended a nearby Gaggia repair specialist who fixed it for me.

I contacted Mr BeanToCup to check I was ordering the right pump replacement, and they took the time to support the issue, reviewing videos and then advising me to check the flow meter first.

I then proceeded to open the machine in my own time and found a blockage in the flow meter which I was able to remove.
They were incredible helpful, and without their advice I would have been purchasing replacement parts which would not have resolved the issue.
