I contacted MrBean2Cup to see if they could help me. I was not looking to buy a replacement part for my Delonghi machine but for advice about a part I had dislodged whilst cleaning my coffee maker - where should this loose part go? Despite it being Christmas break, Zsolt from MrBean2Cup, promptly replied to my email and I was quickly back in business! Should I need any help in the future, I will certainly contact this helpful company.

I would just like to thank Zslot for bringing back to life my Delonghi EASM 4200 S.Having spoken to Delonghi direct which was about much fun as a chocolate teapot,they claimed that they no longer offer repairs for machines over 10 years And I know mine is from November 2011. When I reached out to Zsolt via telephone after finding his website he could not have been more empathetic,kind and thoughtful when I explained my issue with my machine, I could not ask for a more professional courteous service that he provided having identified the fault and cost of repair at £82 including parts and his time. I would thoroughly recommend him as he can teach Delonghi how to look after there customers,my coffee has never tasted better and the machine works flawlessly and I hope it will go on for the next ten years. "Delonghi Magnifica expert!"
I was struggling to address problems with my Delonghi Magnifica ESAM4200.S (at least, struggling to do it cost effectively). I tried several sources online and couldn't really get an informed answer. Mr (Zsolt) Bean2cup considered my description, asked for a video to demo the issue and after watching it he suggested a likely root cause with a link to buy the right part (about a tenner, delivered), rough steps to replace and a diagram. I'm no appliance expert but i like to wield a screwdriver. I fitted the part in about an hour which fixed the problem immediately. I wished I'd found Zsolt weeks ago when the problem first surfaced!

This is probably the best customer service I have ever received.
If you have a Saeco or Gaggia-this is the place to go service it or repair it.
But Im pretty sure they can fix ALL types of machines.
They really know what they are doing.
