"The best service I have ever had"

The best service I have ever had, zoom video call to two brillian engineers, stripped down and fixed in 20 minutes - sorted the part which was 24£ and arrived next day and fitted in minutes. This would have normally been sent away and a higher service cost. Cant rate highly enough and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

"Gaggia Classic boiler supply"

My 11-year-old Gaggia Classic needed a new boiler and this company were very reasonably-priced. The part was easy to find using the spare parts menu. the ordering process was very smooth and the delivery was very quick. My machine broke down on Sunday and was churning out espresso by the following Thursday after a DIY boiler replacement. Very impressive service.

"Really helpful company with great customer service"

I discovered Mr Bean2Cup when I was trying to find parts for my 18 year old Gaggia machine and was pleased how easy their website was to use, it showed my machine as an option (despite its vintage) and ordering the part was easy and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately that part didn’t fix it so I called and Spoke to Zsolt who was really helpful and found me the part I needed and sent it out. It was refreshing to speak to a person who actually wants to help, and also the customer service was excellent. I’ll certainly use them again when it next breaks down.

"Outstanding!"

Zsolt was extremely helpful and went over and above to help service and repair a Gaggia machine I bought. The courier lost the parcel and Zsolt was so great throughout the entire process trying to track down the whereabouts of my machine. It was found and arrived back to me and now makes really delicious coffee. Cannot thank you enough Zsolt!

"5 star/exceptional service"

5 star: Truly excellent customer service. I have used Mr Bean2Cup many times and the service has always been exemplary. The most recent example (for which Zsolt deserves a special thanks): I ordered 2 sets of parts to refurbish my old Gaggia Cubika. A day later, I received a call to check if I really intended to order that blend of parts since they were actually for two different machines. (My error) This follow-up call was extremely valuable since some bits were to go into storage for future proofing and I wouldn’t have realised my mistake for some time..and as an extra bonus the correct parts were actually cheaper too - I was so grateful I didn’t want any refund, but eager to make sure the refund was honoured, Zsolt reimbursed it via an postage upgrade. Very impressive customer service indeed.
