"Falsely advertised, ran down and dirty"

We spent a week at Can Vesses in Alcudia booked through Villafinca.
On arrival the property is nothing like the very very old photographs. Unfortunately I can't post photos here, search other review sites to see.
Nearby restaurant was no longer there. Dirty rags lying in living room. Old and dirty kettle. Toilet leaked and we were given a bag of towels to soak up the dirty water.
Apartment complex dirty, nothing worked, unlit. Very bad experience, only the lovely beach and good weather saved our holiday.
Complained every day and a paltry amount of compensation offered and refused.
Other reviews day similar, we should have paid attention, make sure you do! Avoid!

"Do not rent your vacation house here."

My family and I rented a house for a week on the island of Mallorca. The looked really good on the pictures with a pool and all. When we arrived and got into the house, a horrible sight was waiting for us. The house was disgusting and wasn't cleaned. We couldn't use the pool because the water wasn't clean. We had to clean all the plates and cutlery in the kitchen. The beds were so old that we couldn't sleep in them.
There is no service. You have to wait until the owner wants to fix the things. Find your vacation house somewhere else.
