I have made a purchase on 30 Nov and to date 12 Dec not received my item
I was called on 1 Dec to ask if I would accept a different colour since the colour was not available to which I emailed my response
I have emailed the customer service twice and had to prompt them for feedback
They do not adhere to their 2/3 business day delivery policy
I won’t be buying their products in future

Please be sure to track your return with this company. Two weeks after Vivobarefoot had received my returned shoes, I had still not had a refund. When I sent the company an email, they claimed my order had been paused in their system. What would have happened had I not contacted them asking for my refund? All they had was an apology, but not a real answer. It seems to me that a customer should not have to ask for a refund.
Just to say that I bought these shoes for my daughter, against my recommendation. There are brands out there far more comfortable than Vivobarefoot. Xero, Groundies, Feelgrounds. My daughter also found the shoes uncomfortable, hence the return.

"Not what I'd hoped for"
I really, really wanted to love these shoes . .and the service. I've two other pairs of Vivos and love them
But the shoes (Gobi Lux Mens, Black) come with inserts that don't fit and with laces that are way, way too long. Both of these should be easy to fix. However trying to reach customer support either via email or what's app is a joke. What's app just stops replying. And via email you have to keep explaining the issue, your order number, your address etc. And after three days I've yet to get a reply (let alone a solution).
Come on Vivo, you can do better

My son loves the comfort, however the rubber/ synthetic soles wear down within 6 months; for a kids shoe that is almost R2000.00; it is unacceptable.
