Our first visit to Russell Dean and will not be our last even though we live 45 mins away it was well worth the visit to this stunning Furniture Store. Our Salesperson Miriam was extremely helpful, patient and professional and it was a pleasure to meet her and look forward to our new sofa

We have just visited the store and have had the most pleasant buying experiences. We were served by Syka who was the most helpful salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, she had a wide knowledge of all items that we were interested in but left us in peace to deliberate, We cannot speak to highly of the courtesy extended to us and the efficiency with which our order was dealt.

We have had several items of furniture from Russell Dean and have always found the service excellent.

We have been looking to change our sofa for something higher and firmer, so went along to the fabulous new Mytholmroyd store between Christmas & New Year to browse.

Samantha King, guided us expertly round the various options. Her manner is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy - something we look for in customer service.

We went home to check measurements and returned on New Year's Day in order to finalise our order with Samantha.

After visiting several store,s from leeds to Macclesfield we came across a little gem Russell Dean furniture .Although only looking for a sideboard we found a lampstand and a chair that we have not seen anywhere else! So if you are looking for something a bit different and unique go along to Russel Dean .The staff are friendly without hassling you and Laura Eltoft was a delight to deal with very helpfull well done.

I called in to shelter from the rain while waiting for my car to be MOTd a couple of months ago and fell in love with a pair of sofas! I liked the layout of the store and the helpful staff who didn’t use any sales pressure.

My car was in the garage again today, so I popped back in to have another look. Laura came over for a chat, told me there was a special offer on this weekend and that decided me, the sofas are now on order.

Laura was great, helping with measurements, choosing sizes and colours and even brought me a cup of tea! I’d recommend this shop and Laura to anyone.

Called in after the store caught my eye when passing one day. Being dog friendly sealed the proposed visit. On arrival warmly greeted by Miriam who was very professional and friendly. Miriam was very patient and even trusted us with her tape measure so we could measure various sofas. We in turn trusted Miriam to keep our dog Junior on his lead whilst we sat on some of the products. She explained about an accidental insurance cover for our new purchase which lasts 5 years and has no excess, we took this out as the sette we purchased was nearly £2000 and the cover was very competitively priced. Great selection, excellent quality and to top it all excellent service throughout. 10 out of 10.

We walked into the showroom and was met by the lovely Samantha King she instantly made us feel at ease and her knowledge of the product was brilliant.

We were given plenty of time too discuss options try out anything we wanted price was the best we had found anywhere, the display was well stocked and clean and bright.

Explaining delivery details and reassuring my husband that even if the models we had chosen were reduced in the Boxing Day sale this wasn’t a problem it would be honoured.

A great surprise when our order arrived early so we got a delivery before Christmas and the two delivery men were excellent. Could not find any fault with our purchase from start to finish.

Have already recommended Russell Dean to other people and would always put them top of our list in the future and will definitely look for Samantha again. It is so nice to walk in a store and not feel uncomfortable or under pressure.

Great customer service provided by Mark Huntington on New Year’s Day! Extremely knowledgeable of the sofas we were looking at and sold us a head board to boot. Relaxed atmosphere it was like stepping back to the good old days when customer not commission comes first...other furniture stores should take notice!
