"Excellent service from Mark"

We visited Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd on two successive afternoons last week to look for a replacement settee and chairs for our sitting room. Mark H was most helpful, and went to endless trouble to advise us on possible options. He helped us narrow down our choices, and lent us pattern samples overnight to check against our existing carpet. Once we had made our decision, the sales process was very straightforward, and we are looking forward to taking delivery of our furniture in a few weeks' time. We can thoroughly recommend Russell Dean, and Mark H in particular, and we will certainly return in the future.

We have just bought kitchen chairs from Russel dean in mytholmroyd and although we haven’t received them I must say that the staff especially Samantha was extremely helpful and did everything we asked of her which is very rare unfortunately

We visited the store to buy new bedroom furniture having previously bought a high class sofa 3 years ago. We had had a minor problem with the sofa, but a phone call to Julie quickly sorted that out, perfect customer service. We met Syka, who made sure we were very happy and spent ages with us making sure we left the store happy customers! The lovely Lesley recognised us as we'd been the day before looking at the furniture and we had a lovely conversation with her making us feel like valued customers. They say it's the staff that make a company, and Russell Dean have it right, the staff are a credit to them.
