terrible experience . delivery driver hadnt even the most basic knowledge of english . took them an hour to find even on a 3 way conversation with land of beds. We easy to find and when they arrived had terriblle attititude. Took our old bed apart first and then decided they couldnt get new one up stairs . We could see it would go. They left with bed.Customer service terrible . We didnt want then back and they refused to give full refund . All calls to customers service terrible and always " oh your complaint with management and never a reply. CCJ for remaining refund whivch they refusing to give today. Never dealt with just a terrible company in my life.

I spoke to Darren who could not have been more helpful. I explained we needed a mattress as quickly as possible for our son's new house. The whole process was managed so very professionally and quickly. We didn't realise before ordering that Land of Beds was a small family business, just want we like to support. We will certainly be back in touch if we ever need any other beds/mattresses. The mattress is arriving today only 2 days after order. What service, thank you Darren and all at LoB!!

"Very helpful customer service "
I have bought my Sealy bed here 3 years ago, last week my drawer got problem on the runner, and can’t open it, then I found the runner damaged. I seek help from land of beds again, so happy that the customer service administrator- Lesley help me to contact with Sealy and arrange to send me the replacement of runner :)
Really happy after 3 years they are still helping me to solve the problems:)
Highly recommend.
