Excellent service. Ordered a zip and link super king mattress online easily then found out that the base we had ordered elsewhere was wrong size so contacted Land of Beds and spoke to Charley who was extremely helpful and sorted out a base for us. Charley also phoned back the following day to check if we had made sure we could get the large bed in ok. Great service all round.

This company stand out in 2025 for me because of the seamless experience from start to finish. They have actual humans with friendly voices at the end of the line and are very swift at answering emails and helping with payment and queries. The delivery guys were very polite and friendly too. You may say that this is surely something that all companies adhere to. But no, I have had terrible experiences with other companies. So it was refreshing to receive such a great service. In this day and age, with robots and rudeness, it is a relief! And the products are good quality and reasonable prices. What more could you want? I am recommending Land of Beds to friends and family.
