Land of beds have been so disappointing!
Firstly, we were sold a faulty mattress and had to go through great lengths to compromise on an outcome to resolve the issue. We finally agreed to a replacement despite already purchasing a new mattress from an alternative company.
I was told by LOD that I would receive an email last week about the replacement. I did not.
I then initiated communication and was told that I would receive an email this week which again, I did not.
Yesterday I had to replacement mattress delivered without any communication and was told by the delivery driver that he was not collecting the faulty mattress as this is not on his agenda.
I called LOD this morning and was told that the collection would take place today between 10am-1pm. I’ve waited in, missed a family event and dragged a very heavy superking mattress downstairs to be collected.
1:30pm today and I’ve called to ask LOD where the collection driver is to be told that it is NOT being collected today. The email to arrange collection wasn’t sent and i therefore haven’t arranged the collection.
LOD communication involving this faulty mattress has been awful! Not only am I having to continue to pay a direct debit for a mattress that I don’t even want and won’t be using, but I now have 2 superking mattress’s in the house taking up space that i don’t have!

Wanted a well priced quality natural sprung mattress. Sent out urgent samples selected over the phone, knowledgable and competitively priced with a full retail service. Michael was fantastic - swift responses and easy calls for queries.

The website is easy to navigate and order products. Placed order and within 24 hours received a delivery date wherein lies the following complaint regarding Land of Beds selected delivery service Furdeco.
Upon arrival of delivery I pointed out to the deliverymen that their trainers were muddy and politely requested them to take their shoes off before taking the mattress up the stairs which are covered with a light coloured wool carpet. They completely ignored both my wife and I and simply continued on their way.
Ignorant and ill-mannered and I would be wary of any company using this service.
On the plus side ... I did contact Land of Beds and spoke with a very polite and helpful receptionist.

I had a couple of queries regarding a bed too big to go into the loft, annd a missing mattress protector. I was totally reassured by Sarah that it could be resolved as I had not unpacked the bed, and she would chase up the item. This was a huge weight off my mind as I had a similar experience in a different house with a different bed company. On this occasion Sarah and Lesley were amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend Land of Beds and will use them again in the future
