Delivery estimate given with e-mails promptly arriving confirming the details and what we need to do. We will complete the story when our bed and mattress is delivered in a few weeks.

We’d bought a bed from Land of Beds a few weeks previously and were served by staff member Lucy. We later purchased a headboard to match the bed we’d bought. Again we were served by Lucy who went the extra mile to find us the perfect one to match the bed we’d bought (with a fussy 8 year old wanting a certain style and certain shade of pink this was not easy!) Lucy was again fabulous exploring all our options and price range. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Land of Beds to anyone as they offer a great range of products at great prices and from our experience staff like Lucy are a great asset to their company!

Needed 2 new single mattresses. Trawled our local retailers and the internet. LOB seemed to provide the best deal. There was a marginal difference in spec between what Silentnight provided direct and what we bought from LOB but they fully discussed this. We went ahead and ordered them. The sales team, admin and delivery were a joy to deal with and after about 6 weeks use, we are very happy with our purchase and the process. The old mattresses, still in good condition, went to our local British Heart Foundation shop so are hopefully continuing to be used. Such a shame to throw them away! Overall, great experience in this day of falling service standards.
