Contacted Mr Sander via their website and quickly got a text from Brad who arranged an initial visit the next day. The quote was about the same as another supplier, so I went with it. He came with the team and equipment the following Monday and the job was done by midday Tuesday. I'd been thinking I might need to replace my flat's engineered wood floors, but Brad and the team made them look almost as good as new - there were some quite bad scratches and black stains but theyre all gone. Thank you!

I called this guys to redo an old oak floor at my cafe. I asked them if they could be flexible around my working hours. First of all, they booked an appointment to quote the place for free within a matter of days, and following the deposit they actually messaged me to come in two days prior if it worked for me - which was ideal. They got all the work done, I left them the keys to my cafe and Brad even swung round the next day to drop them back off. The work? They brought life back into an oak floor that has decades of age on it. The finished product is absolutely amazing. I dealt with Brad who just cracked on, got the job done and dropped off my keys. I would highly recommend.
