Very efficient, quick, easy, good communication. People were lovely, polite, helpful, cleaned everything up after. Floor looks fab. Also got another quote from a different company and was much more expensive, so win win.

After quite a bit of palaver and time the job was completed. It was only because the one man team Phillip was able to rectify what needed rectifying. He did an excellent job with what he inherited. Full marks to him.
Also wish to thank the director who when he came after the 1st attempt conceded that it needed to be put right.
All’s well that ends well!
My 2 cents worth of advice to management having been in business for over 40 years do check the work done by staff before asking for money!!!

He took the time to make sure I was happy with the colour of the boards and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right finish and products for the result I was looking for.
