"Avoid Avoid Avoid"

A disgraceful company. They have cancelled on us 3 times recently right at the last minute and actually don’t seem to care. Each time they’ve told me that the driver has broken down. What a joke!! This morning my elderly father had to be at Kings Cross to catch a train and they cancelled just before as apparently the driver had a flat tyre. I think they hedge their bets and take a better job if one comes up. Will never ever use again!!

Pre booked a return journey weeks in advance. The journey there never showed up after being told the car had broken down and another driver was half hour away and still hadn’t arrived an hour later. They never showed up for the return journey and no phone call either. Disgusting service

"Worst cab company"

Worst cab company. I pre booked a cab for today, they called an hour or so before I was due to travel to cancel. When I called them back on the same number they were very rude saying I was calling the drivers line and I should call the other number. I asked for the number which they didn’t have! Then they hung up on me.
I would avoid!!

"Unreliable service"

Unreliable service - cancelled a trip booked days in advance, 4am trip which we needed to get to Gatwick Airport. Cancelled on the day at 3am & had to find an alternative. Never again…

Not reliable. I would not recommend this service at all. They are not professional they change their prices every 2minutes and ask for more once the trip is over. It’s a FRAUD

possibly the worst company ever they dispatch cars drivers dont come dont ever get angel cabs if ur in a rush sky ex is reliable angel cars will leave u waiting and keep telling u 20 mins for a car then they will just cancel ur job i ordered a cab at 20:00 and it called me at 23:00 companys a joke they do this on a frequent basis
the drivers own them litterealy dont waste ur time with these jokers sky ex is faster and cheaper and more

"Stay Away"

Terrible service. Didn’t show up and tried to claim the booking made the day before was for another day. Then called back to say the driver was unwell. Had to find another service to the airport last minute to avoid missing my flight

"Never again"

I have used this outfit a few times in the past and the service has been good until now. I booked a car for 6.15 to Stansted airport, confirmed the day before. When I called at 6.16, they told me that it was booked for 6.30 and that all was good. I then got a call from them at 6.26 to tell me my driver had had a breakdown and the earliest they could send someone else would be 45 min later. Unacceptable as my flight was at 8.45. If in fact there was a breakdown, it's a bit worrying as that could have happened on the M11. I therefore cancelled and was lucky to get an Uber for only £10 more. Never again.

"Angel cars is the most unreliable taxi…"

Angel cars is the most unreliable taxi company I have ever tried - I have been using them because they are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for! They just made me wait in the cold at the airport for 50 mins - I called every 10’ and every time they said ‘it will be 5’’. I have no words.

Booked 24 hours in advance and cab was two hours late. Don’t use this company.
